Yes DVOR is part of Optics Planet.

 

Both of them suck. They are great when everything goes right, but it seldom does. They frequently sell items that aren’t in stock and after months of waiting they just say “oh well” sorry.

 

Gave up on Optics Planet several years ago. Got tired of their BS. Good deals and then not in stock. Back ordered for ever, and then never comes in. Shipping delays and then out of stock again.

 

Yeah, piss on them. I paid $400 for a scope I never got. They straight-up lied to paypal after admitting to me they messed up, and after they had succeeded in sending me another scope to my address a month before.
Screw them.

 

I quit dealing with them years ago. They got bad about selling things they didn't have, charging you for it then sitting on your money forever.

 

After their price gouging during the shortages, I stopped dealing with them. Too many other honest businesses around that I’d rather spend money with.

 

Although I never had much of an issue with them as I been extremely careful about ordering anything from them. I would never use PayPal either in case of this BS they are known for. CC only but I now avoid them for the facts as mentioned all above. They really don’t have any decent deals so if look around hard enough you find better ones. Heck I gotten a couple great deals on Walmart sites and no BS from them either and they shop super fast.

 

If it weren’t for bad luck I’d have no luck, but I have had great success with optics planet. Go figure. Because of my address I’ve had to deal with their customer service several times. They have always been good to me.

I don’t shop retail prices online, unless I really have to have something. Optics planet often has some of the best sale prices. The last thing I bought from them was left handed holsters. Optics planet didn’t have a very good selection but everyone else had nothing. Including the manufacturers. Optics planet Had em, plus free shipping.

 

I'm glad somebody's getting deals and service from them. They can't even tempt me any more.

 

They are like ”Cheaper Than Dirt “, I’m done with them.
