i've got a couple of buffers i could spare, you'll have to take em apart a pick what you want out of them. 1 rifle and 1 carbine (might be a 308 buffer). you can have em if you think they'll fill the bill for ya.

Thanks to both of y'all,just ordered two from the link you gave me semi-cop they were 6.35 ea.

Well I'm not sure a rifle buffer has any weights in it and a standerd carbine buffer only has one tungsten wt. in it. So that would cost some shipping and not get it done but I appreciate your offer thanks.

A rifle buffer has 5 steel weights, a carbine buffer has 3 steel weights, the freebies wouldn't have provided you any tungsten weights.

For future reference, tungsten ear tipping weight can be used to make a Spike's type loose fill buffer.

Yep, didn't even think about suggesting that. Tungsten powder for tipping dog ears.
