They have been on backorder since the introduction in January.
Stag customer service last quoted 3-5 months for delivery.

Kerry, ive seen a few members post that they received one, but not a whole lot. Aparently they are out there, just hard to find. Flamed69, the best advice I could give you, go to your local gun shop and order one and wait. Hopefully it should be here before deer season
Thanks for the replies. snipercountrypx.com had one in stock last Thursday but I missed it. If I dont have any leads in the next few days I may consider buying a Rock River 6.8 and maybe getting a custom barrel. I am very open to suggestions if anyone has some opinions.

I ordered mine right before or after Thanksgiving straight from Stag for retail, yes, because of election results, I paid retail, I think that is when they were added to the Stag catalog, I was told a 5-7 month wait, it showed up 3/20, I got to shoot it 3/27, and it is nice, except for the feed ramps, or lack thereof. I ordered a Lefty model, don't know if that had anything to do with delivery time.owenslee said:

I ordered the Stag, found this sight, and ordered an Xtreme. IF I would have found this sight FIRST, I would have ordered 3 Xtremes. So far, I do like the Stag. It has a good weight/feel to it. The trigger is a 2-stage, I like it. I only put 300 rds thru so far(that's all the SSA brass I could afford at the time). I bought a cheapie BSA 4-16X40 Mil-dot, only because my SO is getting suspicious of the amount of funds I have dropped on my 6.8 habit. She made the comment, "So, when do I get to shoot my new couch?" She likes her new couch, and I am excited for her to shoot the new coffee table when it arrives :wink:

He is in the NE, quoted me 3-4 mos. instead of 5-7, but I went with my local FFL in TX instead, I work too much to be impatient....

Bought a Stag 7 at the BX, $969.00 and no tax, the right time to be there. Had my choice between a left and right hand model. Love the feel of it. Look real good and will try to shoot it this week end if the rain ever stops. Now is a problem about ammo. Have not had a chance to get any yet. Waiting for the BX to get new shipment in. They had a shipment of Barrett in and someone bought the whole supply. Might have to go buy the other one if they are this hard to get.
Turns out they either lied to me about having it in stock or sold it in the 2 hours that I took to move some money around and put in the order. I know of 2 for sale but they are an extra $175 by the time they are shipped. Anybody else know of any? I dont know that it is worth $175 to not have to wait another month. IF I can find another one similar in price I will cancel the one on backorder. Where and what is the BX?
