Just like the title says, I am looking for a complete upper in 6.8spc with a 20inch barrel. An 18inch would be fine, but no 16inch carbines. I want to hunt and some long shooting with it and I need the extra velocity of the longer barrel thanks.

Yeah..Get with Bison.. I read they still have some 20 inch SS 1:11, 4-groove, SPC II that are not spoken for. Their next batch will be later in the Summer. $200 is a bargain if these shoot as well as Cardinal Armory's did.
AR15Performance will have some longer custom match barrels in lengths you're interested in.

I would also look into AR15 performance if you want a complet upper.....
