That's probably a pretty powerful antiseptic he's got in the cup for clearing the pig funk from his mouth.

Bear Gryls tackled and knifed wild pig in Alabama on "Man v Wild"

All this pig hunting talk lately, and I happen to be watching Man v Wild last night just in time to see Bear Gryls snare a 50-60 lb wild Alabama pig. He got tired of messing with the pig and basically form tackled (standard football tackle) the pig on its side. He held the pig down for a while, then pulled out his survival knife and slipped the bladet behind the right shoulder angling into the heart. He roasted a ham for dinner!!
