What would be a safe plinking load for my new 450 bushmaster

I,am looking for safe loads with 185gr - 230gr FMJ for plinking but all the othe fourms concentrate
on 240 gr and up or lead and i want to stay away from the lead. the 450 bushy is fun ! but would like some thing my 1911 eats to. I like cheap double dates. Thanks for your help!
