Yesterday at the gun show I picked up a C3 billet lower to use for my SBR build. It is a very sweet "multi cal" marked billet. Not too fancy, has the upper tension screw and some sort of insert where the pistol grip screw goes. I am pretty sure this will be the one for the SBR. Although I am also considering taking out the guts from the Anviil lower that my 6.8 sits on then use the C3 for my 6.8 and the Anvil for the SBR. You can definitely tell the difference between a standard lower and a billet lower.

Also, the dealer that sold me the lower was kind enough to give me a Form 1, and his pesonally phone number and email address so he could help me fill it out. I am not sure how this works or if it is legal, but they also said I could use the name of their trust.

It would be legal if you want them to own the firearm. A trust is a legal entity that holds property. In this case, registering it to their trust would mean the trust owns it. That means two important things.

1) The officer of the trust can use it, you can't (Officer isn't the right phrase, but you get the idea)
2) The officer of the trust is the one who decides on where it goes, especially in the case of death.

This is an ASTOUNDINGLY bad idea unless you intend to buy the dealer a SBR...

I agree with ZIPPY. If you put it in their trust you just bought them an sbr it will not be yours. And the form 1 is to be used with trusts. I believe you want the form 2 for going the individual route where you have to get fingerprints and sign off from CLEO. Form 1 is what I filled out for my SBR for my trust.

Something doesn't sound right.

That's what I thought. That is exactly why I am not going to do that. The form 1 is what I want, since I am going to go the route of a trust.

You use a Form 1 for either method. You simply select "Individual" on the form (for an individual, of course) or whatever you choose.
