You may want to check out the GRIP POD its a vertical grip with a bulit in bi-pod. You can find some pretty good deals on these on ebay, I found one for 45 bucks brand new included shipping. (it wasn't a knockoff) also M>S>R>P> is 160.00

Verticle front grips and lights
I have never really cared about putting either a vertical grip or a flash light on my AR type rifles but I think I will for my Extreme build. So talk to me about good grips and lights.
I looked at a Tango Down grip that I really liked but it was green and I want it in black. The grip seemed solid and I liked the way it mounted to the rail. I used to have a grip that constantly came loose but the TG had a different mounting set up.
Also whats good for a light option? LED or standard bulb? Pressure pad or thumb button? Brand?
