Cool, thanks!
I somehow missed that thread.
I have a brass catcher but the brass gets hung up. I've tried repositioning it but more often than not, i get an ejection jam. Anyone get one of these to work?

On my UTG bag first range outing I experienced this also and thought this can't be happening. I took a break an studied the problem and found the solution. It will require a picture and may take a few hours to to get back here and add the pictures.

Viewed from the the top a space is required, NOT tight against the receiver, the port door is open and laying on top the bottom shelf of
the catcher. This is how I use mine with the bag open, brass falling out on to a piece of carpet. If you skip the carpet on a hard bench,
your brass will become popcorn.

Rear, notice the angled down slope.

Bottom, the bulk of the opening needs to be at the rear, nothing really happens at the front so don't worry about it. If this doesn't work
for you, just send it to me and I will dispose of it properly.

Nice job Ten Rounder, looks good.

My UTG catcher works great, and I haven't had a single problem with hot brass sticking to the inside of the bag. Nice little contraption.
I had to make the opening larger, but have had no problems since I did that other than nylon sticking to hot brass. I usually leave the zipper open so the brass falls straight to the ground/bench and the nylon doesn't melt.
Looks like a good set-up. I'll give it a try.
I had no problems with mine, until I'd fired 35-40 rounds. Then it would sag and things would jam up. So I empty it at the end of 25 and am good. Really like them, they make going to the "controlled" range so much better. Since the range "master" stalks behind everyone, cleaning up their brass and putting it in his box...
well, I tried this over the weekend but no luck. Even with some extra spacing, the brass would hang up and I'd get a jam. I'll give it another try. :?
I made one out of a Crown Royal bag and a coat hanger. I tried it by just cycling rounds by hand and it needs some tweaking. I'll probably redo it using a 1.75L bag instead so I can make the opening larger. I also need to move it further back.
Don't try emptying the bag of its contents and playing with guns at the same time it might not end well.
