Anyone else getting unstamped brass from SSA? I ordered 400 pieces of large primer brass and was surprised to find they weren't stamped. Is this a lesser quality or are they getting orders out the door faster by not stamping?

Their large primered brass is from a limited run of 20k pieces. They must not have stamped that run. I wouldnt worr about quality, SSA has always been far and above most others.

I suspect Art chose not to stamp the non standard large primer brass to help avoid end user problems with mixing large and small primer brass during reloading.

Without the stamping they would be easy to segregate.

We went to get the bunter for the large primer pocket and it was no weart to be found. So we went ahead and made some up any way because we had orders, I ttakes six weeks to get one made.
