ok, one question about that method, wouldnt the .5 second shutter speed expose the recoil of the rifle causing the rifle to look blurry?The best way to get muzzle flash is at night with a slow shudder speed (1/2 second or longer) and flash. The flash exposed the film, and you fire immediately after the flash and the muzzle flash shows up on film great. Sorry, I don't have any scans, and haven't tried this with digital.
