Thermal Scopes (Advice Welcome)

Gents,

I ask for your advice on three different thermal scopes. I have narrowed my choices down to the following:

AGM TS35-384, Pulsar Talion XQ38, and the IR Rico Micro 384. I am leaning towards the Rico Micro because of its versatility, light weight, and price point.

Does anyone have hunting experience with these models?

I should probably add some details:

I want to keep my budget around 2500-3000. I hunt raccoons, coyotes, and hogs and in all types of weather and the majority of my shots are under 100 yards.
Cameraland has AGM Rattlers on sale for 1000 bucks. I am thinking of getting one for 2nd unit. I currently have the discontunied AGM Micro Python T35 and really like it as it lightweight and small. If your distance is under 200 yards its all you will need but the more expensive model have better details but again it's over my budget.
Would like to get a RIco as I seen good reviews on them.

Got a link?
Pretty happy with my Bering Optics Super Yoter-R. A little over your price point but have lesser models. Im limited to a sample size of one and most people aren’t able to purchase thermals, reading and reviews are your friend. The knowledge on here will be helpful as well.
If your budget is that much, why not consider the new ATN ThOR 5 320 3-12x for $2K. It has the latest technology. Both my ATN scopes have done well over multiple years. Everything I see on the new scopes are an improvement. This new model comes with recoil activated video which was been the best way to evaluate my engagements and learn to improve. They are bright enough to use in the day without a shade and have plenty of eye relief. ATN and Optics Planet have them in stock.

Code; MAP for 999.99

Looks like they are out of stock now.
Is that Cameraland? That is not the Rattler TS35x384 the OP was looking at.
I haven't handled the iray rico or pulsar talion.
I have been very happy with my 35x384 Rattler and 50x384 Python by AGM.

Well unfortuntely it'd not what he looking for but still a good entry level thermal that wont break the bank. Focus Camera although I thought it was Cameraland so I was wrong on that part.

I be looking for Iray Rico since that is an awesome thermal from reviews from others.

You really want the highest thermal resolution you can afford. I will drop almost any other feature to get higher thermal sensor resolution. Anything less than 320 I think is too little unless it's just a spotter. Some things you really want to buy once cry once.
