I am hog hunting tomorrow and was wondering how many of y’all are around.

I’m here in north TX. Although we won’t be hunting pigs till after deer season. With 3 kids at home we put enough deer in the freezer so we don’t have to buy meat at the store. But afterwards it’ll be all about hog control at our farm!

I’m in Young county, couple hrs west of you I think. Do you or anyone else here in TX and OK get in on that Wise county biggest pig contest? I’ve heard they pay out a lot of money.

Update: We had a good night last night. We have 6 confirmed kills and 2 escapees. I shot 3 boars and 1 sow. The guide and I tag-teamed a boar that was breeding a sow (we ruined his night).

Hunting Fannin, was a lot on camera last night after I left. They come big before and after I leave. 7:20 pm they came from south and returned from north. The farmers says crisso(black tar they put on trlephone poles) works well. Good luck.

Parker County here... always shooting pigs. I was taught that when you are deer hunting and the pigs show up, you are then pig hunting. Same with coyotes...

I'm in San Antonio, love hunting hogs!! I go wherever I can. Don't have any land myself, so usually have to pay. I want to do the Wise Tournament sooooooo bad, but no land. I would lease, but everyone is asking so much for a lease. Maybe if I win the lottery.
