I have been trying to find the correct case capacity for SSA 6.8mm Brass so I can put it into QuickLoad. On AR15.com someone had said 34.8g, but I know that can't be right, when I tried to measure it myself, I got numbers consistently right around 36g. (I am talking about capacity in grains of water of course.)

Could one of the pros from SSA please tell me what the case capacity really is?

Thanks

I have some of the very first run of the small primer cases, I get 35.1gr H2o. If you have some that are 36gr post the lot # here please.
That could be worth another 50-75fps.

I didn't keep the box after I used the cases. I had been looking for it since you posted but I must have burned it. The box of 100 that I bought at the same time doesn't have that same capacity though (35.3). I'll let you know if this next box of 500 does (may have came from the same batch) but I doubt it since they ran out of stock (midway) and thats why I don't have them yet.

Looks like I just lucked out on those ones so far. I'll keep you posted.
