I went to the local gun show yesterday hoping to find a lower that was not priced out of sight. Needless to say there were a lot of rediculous prices I did find what I considered a "reasonable" deal.
I picked up a stripped SNS lower for $130 and then a DPMS Lower Parts Kit for $80. The parts kit also included an A2 style pistol grip. I have read that the SNS is actually a Mega lower.
Add to this is the fact that this lower seems to have the best trigger pull of any that I have tried lately.
I felt this was pretty good as I only spent $210 for the lower whereas the last complete lower I purchased cost me about $350.
Now I just need to decide on what stock I want and then my MK68 will have its dedicated lower.
