This ammo is brand new not mil-surplus great for target shooting, plinking scrap vehicles, or shattering cinder blocks, 3 to be exact. It will vaporize the first one and shatter the other two. It's clean, accurate, and reloadable. It comes in individual 20rd boxes with blue plastic shell holders.
