Soft Point feeding in AR platform

I've read about soft point feeding problems in ARs with 5.56 and assumed the same would be the case for 6.8. Is there any issue here, or preventative?

The issue is if you run ALOT of soft points (400 to 500?) through your gun without cleaning the feed ramps, there have been issues with 5.56 feed ramps gumming up with lead. I have never experienced a problem with soft points, but most of my shooting is done with FMJ's.
