moose-hunter,
I'm in the middle of an SBR upper project in .223 for my lil' lady to use. I'm having a tough time finding a 10" or so barreled upper so I'm thinking of taking another route...
Since this is a "budget" build, I'm thinking of just picking up a "cheap" 16", carbine gas length upper or kit and just having the barrel cut and threaded... Is this a good option? And does anyone know a good smith that is not swamped right now?
Hey Constructor... Would you like to tackle this quicky job? Or Tim? Or anyone?
