I'm reloading way to many calibers, have way to many powders ... I'd like to try and simplify if at all possible. So I noticed powder valley has 8lb jugs of h322 in stock. Should I use up the x-terminator, benchmark, and rl-10x I have and then standardize my loads with h322? Bullets I like to use are the 90gr Sierra HP, 115gr SMK, and 110gr Accubonds, and I shoot from 3 different 6.8 AR platform rifles.

So would h322 be the best all-around choice, worth buying an 8lb jug?

Hodgdon is a great powder. So with the two heavier bullets will do great with that powder. the 90 gr will do well also to but if you are looking for ultimate performance from that one bullet then keep a pound of RE7 on hand just for them. At least that is just two powders and not 4 or so.

Well the 90gr HP is more my plinking bullet, so merely 'good' velocity and accuracy will suit my need ... I'm more interested in accuracy with the SMK's for paper punching, and velocity with the 110gr Accubonds for taking deer.

H322 is a good powder. I would recommend the round robin or the OCW (acronym correct?) approach for finding the best bullet load match.

I'm kind of in the same boat as yourself. I've had great accuracy w/the H322 and the 110+ bullets so far, but I haven't had a chance to try all of the different powders yet. I'm hoping to get a chance Monday to try the SMK's w/H335 and RE10X, and 110gr PH's, Accubonds, and Hornady OTM's w/H322, H335, RE10X and BLC-2. I've got them all loaded up w/the four different powders. Now if I can just get to the range, maybe I can make my mind up. If the RE10X will give the same accuracy as the H322 w/the SMK's and some extra velocity, it'll be an easy choice. We'll see.

I had great luck with H322 and the 110g PH and Barnes tipped out of my 18" upper

I bought some RL10 to try as I was just about out of the H322

I was very happy with the performance of the H322 but if I can eek a tad more velocity with RL10 that's fine with me

my go to load with H322 was 30g, SSA brass, cci primers and 2.30 COL
I suspect the same load with RL10 will work and get me another 50 FPS or so

I have shot 100 rds to break in my new Recon and used Hornady brass, 27.8g of H322 and shooting as fast as I could I was getting pretty much about a quarter sized hole with about 50 rounds through it
