rookie needs imput on a new build.

Hey guys, I just purchased a rock river lower, and ordered a stag lefty upper. I got the flat top without sights, and a 16" barrel. I'm looking for info on sights, quad rail, scope, rings, and any other must have acc. . It seems easy to open up a mag. and find the expensive stuff, I,m looking for those quality items that aren't going to break the bank. Any info is much appreciated thanks. :?:
