I was wondering what you guys may sell your dillon presses for? Cause right now I have the option to pick a 650 up for 20% off the current price market price. But it just doesnt seem right considering the press is almost 10 years old and I also have to pay for shipping since its in another state.

I live locally to dillon so having to pay extra for shipping on a used press just doesnt seem like a good deal or is it?

I'd check the price for the used one with shipping and then contact Dillon and get a price for a new one with shipping. The good thing about Dillon is that they will replace anything that is broken.

I bought a DILLON at a garage sale, all beat up.

I called DILLON and the recommended sending it in for a full refurb.

when I got it back it was good as new.

this ison reason why DILLON machines really hold there value.

Same thing with Lee Precision, full refirb for 1/2 price of new. Took a week to get new unit. Pro 1000 is a great press for handgun stuff. Now if I just had some primers.... :)

Sharpshooter08,
For only 20% leass than new I'd buy a new one. They're selling it for more than they paid for it 10 years ago and got to use it all that time? For pistol calibers progressive is the only way to fly.

Thanks guys, I went a head and went down to Dillons and just bought the 650 so now Im ready to crank out some .308, 6.8, and 45acp

And yes with the used Dillons I came across, several that where 5-10yrs old and there was just no deal there.
