is it worth the price ? anybody got any input on these?I wondering if i should get a bigger latch or get the gas buster & need suggestions.

I think it's great, I bought it to use on my suppressed gun as I here they spit a little more gas back at ya.

I like the idea. I have a plain jane charging handle which I filed reliefs on so it works to the same effect. I'd get one once this one wears out, but I prefer ambi charging handles.

The new LMT charging handles are very similar, and they cost about 75% less. Finding one is the biggest problem however...

If you're shooting suppressed, you may find the Gasbuster to be of help in reducing gas blowback. If you just like the latch for running the bolt with your left hand without doing the split-finger, you can buy just the latch for a much more reasonable price. I put the Gasbuster on all my carbines that I suppress, and just the latch on the standard CH on all others. Consistency and all that.

It works and that's what counts. I wish I could afford to equip the entire fleet with them. I regualr charging handle goes for $20 - $25 so you're really only paying $60 for it. Thinking along these lines has very nearly driven me into bankruptcy.
