I just found this video and yea He is selling something. Thats ok. I think the video is good as much as I have watched so far.

kept the plains indians alive during tough winters, pemmican is something i'd like to try,,,but maybe we already have one, we call em Slim Jims LOL

I have heard and read about it but I don't ever remember seeing a recipe for it. I have apples to dry today but maybe one of these days I'll try some pemmican.
