I am looking to pick up a low powered optic for hunting and 3-gun matches as well. Right now I have a leupold 2x7 but I think that the 2 power is a bit much for quick aquisition targets. I have been leaning towards the Millet DMS or the Weaver V3. The DMS is at the top of my list for the time being since I would like to have the greater magnification. But I wouldn't mind getting the V3 since it is a little cheaper and I have heard some good things about it. Whatever opinions would be much appreciated.

Go with the DMS it seems to be proven with a lot of recommendations.

What is your price range? The new accupoint 1x4 would be ideal.
