Not so much the Stag name, but the 6.8spc round it self. "6.5 is where its at!', " the round costs too much and isnt going anywhere", etc.
Welcome to the land of enlightenment. From those comments it looks like you have been over on barfcom. They are the unenlightened there. Several from here try to enlighten them but they will not open their eyes. It is nice to see a young Jedi who feels the force and comes to learn.

I'm a relative newbie myself, I found this forum last year and I can tell you I've learned a LOT, not only about the 6.8 but AR's in general. I knew last year during the election cycle that there was an AR in my future and decided on the 6.8 because I like a lot of folks came to the conclusion that the 6.8 makes the AR what it was meant to be. I managed to get one of Constructors Xtreme uppers and now my 6.8 is complete. Now I'm making my way to reloading.
