New Moderator saying hello

As a few of you have noticed, Cold has named a new moderator for "General Firearms Discussion" and "Other Caliber Discussion" , namely... me. As I don't own a 6.8 yet, I think that's appropriate. Some of you may know me from many other boards, namely ARFCOM, among others.

However, I have extensive shooting experience in calibers ranging from .17 HMR to .416 Rigby. I am intimitately familiar with the AR platform and have done a lot of tactical firearms training from extreme CQB pistol training to long distance precision shooting. I've also hunted around the world, and am going after Cape Buffalo in Africa in June.

I'm not sure what else is pertinent to know about me, but rest assured I'll do my best. Post away.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns at anytime. I look forward to working with all of you.

I was thinking more of going the route of a 12.5" Noveske in a VIS; but I'll look into it.

Great minds think alike.

I asked Thellurider to mod here because there was far to many non 68 threads in 68 discussion, so he can move them to the right place and add helpful insight!
Welcome aboard,
Are you from Georgia? Not sure you spelled "you all" correctly, ain't dat "yall"
I spent most of the 80s building high rises in Atlanta between Vinings and Dunwoody but, I was to busy to hunt then.

As much as I'd hate to correct the mad scientist, I think you missed a punctuation mark there constructor. I believe it's actually "y'all" ! Lol :D

Oh, and as a non posting team member I'd also like to welcome the new moderator.

Hell no I'm not from Georgia.

I'm a case of "I wasn't born in Texas, but I got there as fast as I could."

I'm of European background and am currently working in Europe.

"You all" is the proper, Texan written form. "Ya'll" or "Y'all" is used more for a pronounciation guide if one could accuse a West Texan of ever looking at one of those.
How do you say "no" in Texan........

"Hell No"

I love Texas.

Also, do not forget, since Thellurider is of "European Descent" that means he wears those ridiculous uni-goggle sunglasses and shoots an AUG.

My mistake, I thought you may have been in Georgia with Cold, slaying pigs.
