Besides the SCARs, could FN have AR's available for LE? Since they are in the M16 business rather heavily, it would be easy for them to market LE carbines. If they had a domestic lower receiver source they could sell to civilians too.
An FN AR would be interesting for collections and shooting.
SCAR-L's were supposed to be out this fall as in now. The H's in 2009 early to mid year. That came from a FN rep visiting my favorite funshop around the first of the summer.
