New F&N m-4 style rifle in 5.56?
I was at the ISOA SWAT competition in Muncie, Indiana this week and one team said they were in the process of obtaining the new F&N M-4 style rifle. I hadn't heard of them and was wondering if anyone here had?

Simply amazing Coldair.. We need more of that in this forum.
Besides the SCARs, could FN have AR's available for LE? Since they are in the M16 business rather heavily, it would be easy for them to market LE carbines. If they had a domestic lower receiver source they could sell to civilians too.
An FN AR would be interesting for collections and shooting.

I will tell you what I would be curious to know, if we have a single female member here yet. yeah if we had a 'SEX" box on the membership page eveyone would lie and say "all the time". other than that i want a scar, when are they available commercially?
SCAR-L's were supposed to be out this fall as in now. The H's in 2009 early to mid year. That came from a FN rep visiting my favorite funshop around the first of the summer. new on the fn forum was a 100 ior so lights will be out this last quarter but that is all

Na really the SCAR is freaking sweet. No buffer tube, folding stock, and fully adjustible.
Plus under FA there isnt much recoil at all.
