After building numerous ARs and AKs, I was getting bored with them. I decided to explore 6.8mm, in spite of the cost of ammo.

I got my hands on one of the last Kotonics 20" barrels available from the website and built AR-15 in A3 style with a flat top & ramps.

I decided on a low profile gas block and set a Nightforce 2.5-10 X 32 in a LaRue 104 mount.

And that was that. I went to Boomer Shoot this year and spent a day shooting 3"x3" targets at 340 yards.

I'm not a reloader, but I've saved the brass and I'm hoping to find a friend who can reload it for me, if I can get my hands on the components.

We had a fairly strong and gusty quartering crosswind that kept us guessing. Sometimes I'd correct and end up going right when the wind shifted. Same thing to the left when the wind picked up. They were almost always within 6".
