Afirmative...same...same...

You Tube reports this is not a Marine sniper behind the trigger.

Regardless...it's a well placed shot.

Your average hunter wouldn't know how to begin to make this shot.

I agree it is an amazing shot, could always stalk closer but either way, very good shooting.

Thats about the most unbelievable thing I have ever seen. Any time someone tells me that they shot a deer at over 500 yards, I think they are full of crap. Unless I see it for myself or have proof like that. Not many people actually know how far 500-600 yards really is, let alone 950. This guy I attend school with told me he shot a turkey at over 600 yards with is .270. It took every bit of control I had to stop from laughing hysterically at him.

WOW! If I was that guy in the first video I could never go back home again. I almost thought that was a decoy until it ran off. That kinda reminds me of this hunting show I just watched. Where the old man with the nickname "Mr. Whitetail" shot at this monster of a buck 4 times before getting it on the 5th. Man, that guy in the second video is a pretty damn good shot. Shooting right over the top of that buck and harvesting that management bunny rabit. Oh, wait a second, that was on purpose. Right?

thats an incredible shot but not really hunting imo. id much rather take a 25yd shot at a buck than a 950 but thats just me

.

I would say that for 99.99999 % of hunters a cold bore shot
on a game animal at that distance is unethical.

Way too many things can go wrong and you end
up with a wounded and lost animal. Anyone that
has done much shooting at 1000 yd will know this
to be true.

There are not and never will be many Matthew Quigleys
in this world.

i agree about the bad judgement on that shot.too many things could have lead to a wounded animal. making a shot like that is one thing, hunting...... no.
