Does anyone else have this powder dispenser?

I just bought one the other day and wanted to get some opinions or tips on how it works or how to make it work the best. It hasn't come in yet so I am just trying to cover the basics ahead of time.

I like mine and use it a lot. Get the Double Disk kit.

We have been having a discussion about them in my thread about OAL.

Go to the link for the measure you put up in the first post. Once it comes up, click on the tab that says "Suggested Products." You could use all that stuff. Plus the rifle charge die. There are lots of little things you can use with it that make it easier to use and more flexible.

I use one and like it. You also need to get the Auto Disk Riser. If you dont....then the autodisk will not clear your primer feed. I would suggest getting that part, it made life much easier.

After reading the notes on the Auto Disk Riser, I don't think I will need this. It is for use with a turret press, which I do not have. I just have a regular old RCBS single stage, and I will not be mounting the dispenser on the press.

You are correct.

I don't use that piece either and I DO have a Lee Turret Press. But I do my priming with the Lee hand priming tool. I've been using those little things too long to quit!

For those that have this, do you have to mount it to a press and use the expanding die to activate it? It just came in, and the instruction indicate that is the way it is to be used. If this is the case, I will have to send it back and get something different.

That's what we found out after we got the thing and read the instructions. Whatever, I sent it back and ordered a different one so it is no big deal.
