Welcome aboard! I'm a noob also. It sure looks like it's a great round for LE for performance reasons.
I have a question for you. I'm thinking about driving through Georgia to get to North Carolina for the April training class the forum is holding. I'm a Florida resident with a CCW and we do have reciprocity with Georgia.
I have a SBR and possibly a SBS I'll be bringing along (with all NFA paperwork). I'm thinking of driving up there so I started researching transporting them through Georgia last night. It looks like the changes from 68B(?) allow me to transport them loaded or unloaded anywhere in my vehicle. In reality they would be unloaded in a locked case in the cabin of my vehicle with any mags/ammo in my trunk. Does that sound kosher to you?
I was also curious about the rules in regards to OC spray in the state. I usually carry a 4 oz can of Fox Labs here in Florida. Are there any limitations on it in Georgia?
