Very good. There is no way I would give he DNR permission to inspect my land for endangered species. Do you have any idea what will happen if they find them? You pretty much lose the use of your land. He would not have been able to do anything with his land if they had found them. No building, no cutting of trees, no damming the stream to make a pond or lake, nothing that could even remotely affect the lives of those frogs. He would not have even been able to put out mineral blocks for deer or feed them if there was any chance run-off would affect the stream. It would have been a total lose/lose for him.
