Yes he is. He gave us Obama care, after rightly stating it violates the commerce clause.
It's not up for a vote. It's a matter of public record. How does the saying go? You can have your own opinion but you can't have your own facts? . Out of 180 decisions he has voted with the liberal opposition only 4 times if I remember my previous quote correctly. That actually comes up to about 97% of the time he has voted with the conservative majority. I will defer to his much higher level of education on the subject of the law and the constitution in those few cases where I don't particularly understand or agree with his decision.I'm gonna go with a no on that one.
