The tube should be threaded on to a proprietary barrel nut BUT depending on who assembled the upper it may be loctited on to the barrel nut. Try a big sturdy strap wrench and if that is a no go you may have to heat the tube at the barrel nut to break it loose. Once the tube is off you will need a barrel wrench with studs (like the GI wrench) to remove the nut.If I'm not mistaken, that's a one piece tube/nut.
If so, just pull the gas block and tube off and use a strap wrench to spin off the tube.
