Well you are right things are a bit different with the AR as now you have to worry about the limits on OAL for the mag and you can't push pressure as high as you can with the T/c as its not as supports but you probably weren't going that hard anyways. There is a ton of info here and besides the ARE we would love for you to share any of you knowledge about its use in the T/C as we can all learn things and this site is for all 6.8s not jsut ARs.
