Hey Ya'll, I have a 22 caliber Dewey coated rod and it's actual measurement is .2035" in diameter. Rather that assume that Dewey has made them all about .016 to .020" below actual minimun caliber specfied ( in this cae .270 to .35" caliber).

Does anyone that have one have the ability to measure it with a micrometer and let me know ??

If toy have any other brand, I can use that info for future reference also.

I see on the Tipton site that their 22 to 26 caliber rod is actuallu .208
and that their 27 to 45 caliber is actually .250"

Thanks in advance,

Bore Guide Derek ;-)
