Any chance constructor or someone similar would make a replacement barrel in 6.8 for the LMT MRP uppers (not the piston ones). It would be awesome to have one with the proper twist and chamber. I bet alot of people would want one. I would probably get 2, a 14.5" and a 10". Any ideas??

+1 on that.

I have seen two custom barrels made for the MRP by Noveske (I think) but they were 5.56.
They were also expensive (around $1000) since they had to get the barrel extension from a good MRP barrel
and then buy a blank to put on it.

I second that motion. I have a LMT MRP CQB and have been seriously considering putting my name on the SPCII chamber reamer list. I refuse to sell my MRP just because their 6.8 barrel isn't up to "current standards". I have no need to shoot combat loads, nor do I hand load yet. I know it has been brought to LMT's attention, time will tell to see if they heed the advice of all those calls and emails to change the chambers and twist rate. Oh well... IF someone like NOVESKE could/would manufacture LMT MRP barrels with polygonal rifling and SPCII or DMR chambers I would jump on it like a duck on a june bug... 10.5" preferably. Just sayin'...
