Based on the error code "F/H"; there is no water detected entering the washer or the Pressure switch trip is not detected.
There could be several causes of F/H.
Note: Disconnect the power cord from the power source before servicing your washer.
First, if the water will pump out then you can rule out a draining issue. If the fill water enters too slowly or is siphoning out as it's filling, F/H will display. A faulty water inlet valve, flow meter or water level pressure switch could also cause F/H to display.
