Are these barrels any good? Thinking about getting one for a build and wanted to know if anyone was using them and if they liked them. Thanks Chris

They were diesnged to mirror Ko Tonics old SS barrels which is what I have on my 18 inch 6.8 mock SPRish build and I like it, so I assume these would be good to go, he even used the same barrel mfg to my info BUT NOT any chrome on em .

Chrome good unless it's screwed up or for a precision tack driver. Not as accurate, but easier to clean. Some of Kotonics barrels had a bad chrome job. Stainless is not good for Full Auto, or Extreme cold from what I here.

I've had Ko-Tonics stainless and chrome lined barrels, and they both shot the same. Our barrels are shipping from Shaw today, and will be here by mid week next week. I need a week to drill the gas ports and test, and then they start shipping to customers. It's been a long wait, and I'm grateful for the patience everyone has given me

My 6.8 rifle built on one of the original 18" SS Kotonics barrels is still by far the most accurate non-bolt rifle I own.
