I just got back from the range. I shot around 400 rounds out of a Browning with a new Tac Sol barrel. It's the first one I've owned that has a comp on it. After shooting 1000+ rounds through it side buy side with my other Brownings. There is a difference in muzzle rise. The comp actually helped my split times considerably.

I've did some comparisons off the bench and couldn't tell alot of difference. When you are shooting pairs on 8"x8" plates at 30 yards. There is a big difference. My Dad just purchased a Taurus PT 1911 and fired over 500 rounds today. Not a single failure. Seems like a good bargain.

Please give some range reports on the Tac Sols. Great products.
