School of the American Rifle sells shims to be used for bedding the barrel extension of an AR15.
I'm aware that loctite can be used for this, but I wonder whether these shims would be preferable.
Some of my barrels don't need any bedding (ARP) on the uppers that I use, but some of them slide in and out of the receivers just a bit too easily.
