Any Black Powder Cartridge Rifle Shooters?

Question re 45-70 trajectory. If sighted zero at 50 yards would you be about 1 inch high at 25 yards? I'm talking about commercial smokeless powder cartridges though I don't think at that distance black powder would be significantly different than smokeless.
