I'm almost finished with 2 6.8 uppers that I've been gathering parts for. The one pictured is just put together so I can see what it's going to look like. The only thing I need is 2 mid length gas tubes and then I can finish them up.

This one has;
Lothar test barrel I bought from H.
YHM rifle length light rail
YHM end cap
JP adjustable low profile gas block- for suppressor later
DPMS upper receiver

Almost there I just need a gas tube and I'll be in business. Another thing I ordered DPMS upper recievers for both of these builds. They were suppose to have M4 ramps well they didn't. Looks like I'm going to have to do some filing.

Looks good. I put a YHM lightweight on a RR SS HBAR in 5.56 and like the look, weight, and quality enough I put on on my 18" 6.8. Good luck with the gas tube.

BTW: Nice touch using the end piece on the YHM. I didn't do it on the 5.56 and wish I had.
