As much as I love my mid length smooth rail YHM on my carbine I've came to slightly dislike the length at which I must reach for my front pistol grip. I have got myself talked into just ordering a regular quadrail(which btw if anyone knows that the lightest one I can get is please chime in, my rifle could use a diet) I wonder however who would have a very tough and durable dark earth coating that would match my magpul furniture. I currently have it done in the dark earth Cardinal offered which looks good but could be closer. And I'd like something abit tougher if that would be possible. I was actually looking at the dark earth offered by Daniel Defense. Any thoughts?

Tougher than CeraKote in color? Not sure it exists, especially in FDE. Duracoat would have your color, but it's not tougher than CeraKote.

any good sources if i do go back with the cerakote? i apologize for not having done much research but i just moved and don't have internet yet so my time on here is precious for the time being. I miss you guys!
