PRI mags have a lifetime warranty, I had stocked up on 15 and 10 rounders and when I checked them out I found they did not have the low cut at the front of the mags. I gave them a call and got a nice lady that right away issued a call tag to pick them up for repair or replacement. now my c products mags that came with rusting springs have been driving me nuts for over a year just trying to someone to answer the phone to see if I can send them back
