A Biden win means what to us gun owners?

What do you think their plans is for gun owners and how will the next 4 year effect working people?

I'm not really sure anything significant will get passed. Democrat leadership is eating itself due to such a unexpected republican turnout and the houses are still split. No matter the results im satisfied with just the shear number of voter turnout. It shows that the country is not all against Trump or ok with what the liberal media shows. Popular vote is very close in and shows country is literally split.

For working people, my biggest concern is them shutting down the country again and raising taxes. Historically the markets have done better under democrat leadership. The president shouldn't have enough power to individually change America anyways.

I guess the same with Obama.

They're going to continue to do what commies do, but they won't be able to get much done unless they cheat... oh wait.

My main concern is the financial status of the country and citizens as a whole. Prosperity will fall dramatically, taxes up, foreign world powers influence up, stuff like that.

I was hoping to start a new business, sell my house for an excellent price in a healthy market economy and cash out on some great stocks that I have to really get ahead. Looks like when I'm ready do all of that in January - March 2021, I'll most likely be screwed.

The big deal with Trump is that he loves this country and wants to see it prosper. Commies want to see it fall.

Main takeaways from his campaign website are pretty insane:
  • End the sale of all things firearm related online.
  • Buyback of so called 'Assault Rifles'. From the sounds of it previously owned and future purchased 'Assault Rifles' will be allowed to go through the NFA branch/tax stamp system.
  • High capacity magazine ban. As the website states we apparently do a better job of protecting ducks than we do children via magazine size.
  • No more private sales
  • 1 gun purchase per month cap
  • Gun manufacturer liability opened up

What do I think will actually happen to our AR-14s? Probably not a whole lot. If Obama couldn't get much through I don't anticipate Biden will be able to. The first bullet point is extremely concerning to me but I can't imagine something in that capacity being pushed- not by Biden at least. I do anticipate some type of legislation attempted to come down on AR-15's but I think we'll just have to see.

If they take the senate we’re screwed. Bloomberg will get his wish list through and buying a firearm will require a tax stamp and registry. It doesn’t matter if they only have a one vote majority in the senate, the dem machine will chew up and crush any Democrat who tries to oppose new gun control measures. They’ll cram everything through that they can in the next two years, pack the Supreme Court and hope it all sticks (with it will with an activist Democrat super majority on the SC).

If the Republicans hold the senate the dems won’t get much done in terms of gun control. They’ll probably still get some stupidity passed, but not outright bans on guns, magazines or ammo sales.

IF the Republicans stay in control of the Senate then President Harris will be unable to pass MSR confiscation legislation. With Barrett on the Supreme Court it gives us a fighting chance to find that type of legislation unconsitutional. My guess is Roberts would have rubber stamped it but he is now in the minority on the court. However, because the ATF falls under the executive branch, it is likely that it will be used to torture gun owners. Regulations can be put in place that are voted on by no one but have the force of law. Not sure to what extent on line sales of anything gun related can be impeded through regulation and executive order and still pass constitutional muster, but rest assured the socialists/communists will try their hardest. It is much more difficult for them to achieve their end goal without a disarmed population. Think it's hard to find primers now? Just wait to see the types of roadblocks Beto and Co. try to implement. Biden winning is really bad for firearms enthusiasts, if the libs controlled the house and senate as well, it would be game over.

Personally, I think this may be a blessing in disguise. If a recession occurs in the next four years, witch is likely, it will be very unfavorable for the left. COVID is a “between a rock and a hard place” issue, and better for them to fail miserably than Trump. In four years republicans could control congress and the White House, and Republican voters should have high turn out for the midterms, since they feel robbed. Trump is going to expose a lot when the recounts and lawsuits fail.

I wasn’t a Trump fan, but he accomplished a bunch with everything the media and congress put him through. He did well, and hopefully he burns them down as he leaves.

I dont think they will get much done. Republicans already have 48 of the seats in the senate locked up and are leading in 2 more. Gives them the 50 before the runoff offs in Georgia. If the vote swings a bit more towards Perdue in GA to get 50% then no runoff and they have the Senate. Right now their best hope is both Georgia races go to a runoff and the win both, giving them a 50-50 split with Harris being the tie breaker.

Mass shootings will probably ramp up again, in an effort to push for more gun control.
I sold all of my firearms during the Covid panic so i should be ok there.
The economy will tank, especially if there is another lockdown.
Ill probably be arrested at some point for not wearing a mask.
If they gain the senate in 2 years (look for that to happen if they get away with this massive fraud) then we will be a socialistic nation and look for us to become Venezuela

Other the the theft of the presidency (assuming they pull it off) I'm not sure much. The Dems spent a pant load of money and lost seats in the House. They have doners to answer to. I'm reading that the few moderate Dems that are left are rebelling against Pelosi because the see th level of support the Rs got and are frightened of the mid terms.

I get a little confused about people hiding or loosing guns in case our government becomes a tyrantal government . The second amendment was not written to recognize our right to loose guns it was written to recognize our right to use them . If it goes all the way to the supreme court and we loose then the Republic is no more . I would rather see 50% of Americans go down fighting than eating their pets and out of dumpsters like Venizaula . What if our ansestors had thrown their rifles over the bridge instead of stopping the red costs with them .

As long as we, here in GA, can deliver a Republican Senate we are ok. If, on the other hand the 2 crats win I could see a very long winter of our discontent.

1. (Agenda 21, Agenda 2030, Green New Deal)
2. $10 gas, petrol outlawed within 10 years. Anatonamous big brother cars.
3. End of country living, (see no.1)
4.Taxed to death. Your s41t will be given to others that never worked a day in their life.
5. Forced reparations just because they feel hurt and you can pay it.
6. No more guns or hunting, fishing will probably be outlawed too. (again see no.1)

At least a little bit of good news. Manchin makes at least one dem Senator coming out against ending the filibuster and against court packing. I suspect more dem sens will realize they are against it after their constituents start contacting them.

The SCOTUS will decide the outcome of this election in favor of DJT. Massive fraud and corruption at the highest levels will be proven. The DOJ investigation has been launched giving needed credibility to the task at hand. One source says the official ballots were secretly invisibly watermarked to identify ballot dumping. We shall see. Pray for justice to prevail...

First off, I am not a Democrat, nor am I a Republican, nor do I belong to any other political party, yet, I do own guns and I do have an opinion.
This will probably get me all kinds of insults. About the only thing that may happen is that a longer period for better background checks could be put into affect.
Personally, I don't have a problem with unstable people not being allowed to purchase a gun. I honestly do not believe that anyone in government honestly believes
that they can come and take our guns. The politicians want to keep their high paying jobs, they do not want to lose the next election by telling the country that they'll
take our guns.It just ain't going to happen, sorry guys, I don't care what kind of crap you listen to on the news (Commies, really???), they ain't coming for our guns.
Just my opinion, I believe this country still allows me to have one.

If you think you will get insults then you haven't been here long enough to know we don't put up with that sort of thing. As far as speculating what might happen if a guy who has not yet been elected becomes president, I have better things to worry about. Once he is elected then it will still have much to do with who wins the senate and it looks like the Republicans will have it in the bag but even that is not a certainty.

There are millions upon millions in this country and around the world who have been suckered by the politicians and MSM into believing in "gun violence". There is no such thing, it is people committing violence and using the gun as a tool to do so. Just a couple of hundred years ago it was "knife or sword violence". Many countries outlawed the populace from having a sword or other than a kitchen knife in the home but the violence kept occurring because of violent people. The more restrictive the laws, the more violence there was and is. However if you look at the actual level of violence here in the U.S. it is lower than it has ever been. It is just that the MSM blows things out of proportion as it sells. If it bleeds, it leads is the motto of the MSM and guns being used in violent crime are their bread and butter.
