  • Reduce stockpiling of weapons. In order to reduce the stockpiling of firearms, Biden supports legislation restricting the number of firearms an individual may purchase per month to one.

For those of you that can afford to buy more than one a month can we be friends??? Or at least offer a couple of tips on stocks to invest in :)
This is probably the longest comment I've made on here since joining a few years back. I'm an adult black male, not big into politics, don't sway heavily to the left or right, etc. Probably the single hardest job in the US is being president. The idea of "one person" attempting to please every citizen is impossible. No matter what a president signs in to legislation, no matter how many people he/she pardons, no matter how many medals of honor he/she gives out, no matter how taxes go, no matter....no matter...no matter...there will ALWAYS be citizens that suffer and those that benefit while attempting to maintain balance. I understand that. I also understand that both republicans and democrats can not rule indefinitely...thus we have elections. As a black male, do I believe in the constitution? Yes. Do I believe the constitution believes in me (as a black male)? No not 100%. 4 years ago I learned there are people that consider themselves "1 idea voters" and those were primarily gun advocates. I myself am pro 2A but I have to analyze all ideologies overall and not focus on 1 issue. Under republicans, I've had successful friends lose a lot and under democratic rule I've had friends lose a lot. It's a matter of picking your poison I guess. Any person running for office will ALWAYS say the right things to get votes and put themselves in office, but the decades of those elected have shown it's usually just gibberish.

Honestly, I hate (I don't like to use that word) the state of the union as it currently is amongst left and right. My entire life I was taught to treat people fair, etc. and here I am living in a community where people fuss and argue over other people stealing presidential signs out of their yards. It saddens me. If we can't come together as citizens how can we overcome? I love my "airsoft toys," ;) ALL of them and NO I don't want them taken away and NO I won't turn them in (that's just dumb and honestly I laugh everytime I hear a politician say that).

I said all of that to say as I previously said "For those of you that can afford to buy more than one a month can we be friends??? Or at least offer a couple of tips on stocks to invest in :)
My wife wont let me buy more than one a month.

In all honesty Im good, never saw the need for multiple. Just enough to keep house and family safe.

For me one a month is a goal not a restriction.

What about when they start limiting the size soft drink you can buy? Or outlaw straws? Or institute party controlled propaganda media outlets? Oh wait...... Let's go further down that road of citizen capitulation to government overreach. 1 loaf of bread a week? Only 1 child per household? Capital punishment for speaking against the state?

I'm not a one issue voter either. But the 2nd is tops on my list. Because without that one you won't get to keep any of the others. The constitution doesn't limit the number of arms a citizen can have and we shouldn't let our government dictate unconstitutional restrictions to us. To move the discussion to a larger overview, the constitution does not limit the number of ANYTHING a citizen may own. Why are democrats focused on restricting our rights in so many areas even down to the size soft drink you can buy? The fact that we all know people and are friends with people that can afford to buy more than one gun a month, a new car every year, take 4 vacations a year, etc should have everyone even more adamant about keeping our country a democratic Republic and not transforming it to a socialist democracy. Our country is uniquely wonderful in that all citizens can rise from the poorest to the most wealthy through hard work and innovation. Democrats want to dismantle the system that allows that. The first step is getting guns out of the hands of the citizenry.

I'm noticing more and more people on this site that seem to voice or support capitulation and bending the knee. It's not a good sign. Then again, voicing support of Trump, the 2nd amendment, free speech and all that keeps us who we are is going out. They're putting us on lists.

And really the only thing we can do is vote. What are the other options? I don't know the answer.

You're definitely not wrong on this.

The dems don't fear the next election. When you can cheat as well as they did in this one, you don't even need legit votes. The only thing that surprises me is that they didn't cheat as much down ballot, seems like only Trump was targeted.

My comment about 1 gun a month being a goal was said in jest as I cannot afford multiple purchases like some people. I believe turning in guns by government decree is an overstep of ANY government and will do so like the vast majority of people in Connecticut have done with the estimated 1 million standard capacity magazines. I only bow or bend a knee to one and he doesn't hold any mortal office.

I'm probably already on the brown shirt watch list somewhere. Ask me if I care.

Maybe they did.

I think they cheated in 2016 too, but they vastly underestimated how many people were going to vote for Trump. I think they barely cut it this year. This was supposed to be a landslide for Biden and there would be no question. They didn't anticipate so many people voting for Trump, again, that it would be so close.

If the current election results are allowed to stand then my question is: what is the point in ever bothering with an election again? They will pick the winner before you even go to the polls so why bother? If we let this stand we are doomed as a nation. Why does Venezuela keep coming to mind?

I know I am, and most here are. The County Sheriff paid me a visit himself a long time ago to tell me. He told me to get different friends. It seems the the Feds paid him a visit with a list from a CI who had turned in a list of people who might be militia types. I worked with the SO and PD so I was cleared by him. Never did figure out who the 'Friend' was.

I have been cleared by the Feds since for secure Fed facilities access. Not to worried about it myself. Lists are dangerous though if these commies steal the election.

What I think is the President is going to need Patriots to do Patriot shit when it is time. What I mean is show up, not be violent. Sidney Powell thinks we are a block of 80 million dedicated Patriots. Pay attention folks they are trying to steal country.

Mass shootings will probably ramp up again, in an effort to push for more gun control.
I sold all of my firearms during the Covid panic so i should be ok there.
The economy will tank, especially if there is another lockdown.
Ill probably be arrested at some point for not wearing a mask.
If they gain the senate in 2 years (look for that to happen if they get away with this massive fraud) then we will be a socialistic nation and look for us to become Venezuela
Well looks like it started

More mass shootings will be sanctioned by the Liberals to support their anti-gun agenda. Human life means nothing to these people, only power.
