What I am most proud of are the well placed shots. On the crossbow 6pt the pic shows the exit , the entrance was right behind the shoulder. The 8pt was taken with his new rifle. It is a rem700 bought for me by my dad used in 1982. Originally in 243. Through my younger brothers and all our kids the rifle finally gave up it's barrel to wear. I put a new 6.5 creed on it because the ammo is easy to find (brass is free) and cheaper than 308 around here. New stock, trigger tech, pillar bedded and a nice TRIJICON made a 1/4" shooter. We are loading the 147ELDM and 130. This one was with the 147 at 140yrds. Explosive.... Would not push this round any faster at deer sized animals. 2850 is almost too much. Amazing knockdown and drt.
