This has a PWA lower(Pre ban before 1994) PWA turned into RRA. Midwest industries rail, new lower parts kit, upper receiver is probably a Aero Precision. Carrier is NiB and was used to test 6.8 barrels, I'll polish it up. Barrel is new.
