Can't wait to shoot this one...

+ Noveske 14.5" 1:12 Mod 1 chamber 6.8 barrel, pinned Vltor VC301 comp/FH
+ Noveske upper with correct extended feed ramps
+ KAC rifle length URX
+ FN contract bolt carrier, LMT enhanced 6.8 bolt
+ Magpul MPLA lower with LMT SOPMOD

Many thanks to Adco Firearms and Neil at The Gun Gallery for making this upper happen.

This one is getting stretched to 500+ yards to see if a 14.5" 6.8 barrel with the right specs can do the job of an 18" 5.56 barrel. Current test load is 30gr H322 behind a 110gr Accubond, CCI400 primer, SSA brass. More pics and range report to come.

That is beautiful. Did Noveski start parkerizing their barrels? The ones on the web site show as stainless/silver.
The barrel is actually 416 stainless, as per Noveske's web site. I had Adco KG GunKote the barrel.

That is nearly sex itself right there...
Wait until you see it attached to the Magpul MPLA lower...
